LAUNCH
A compact Sprinter 144 AWD with full off-grid capability and a hidden interior shower.
Built on a Pebble Grey Sprinter 144 AWD with UV Black Line-X trim, Launch pairs real backcountry capability with a van that still parks easily. An Agile Offroad ride improvement package smooths out rough terrain on Owl Talon wheels and Toyo AT III tires. An Owl Vans Adax Pro front bumper, a CATuned rear bumper, and onboard air make it trail-ready. A Rugged Design Concepts roof rack carries solar, Starlink, and a 50" Baja Designs light bar, with a Fiamma awning for instant shade. Out back, Owl Vans carriers hold the spare, a Monster Box, and two 1Up bike trays.
Inside, natural bamboo cabinetry, Upholstered walls, and warm LED lighting create a bright, calm cabin. A swivel bench and Lagun table work for meals or remote work, and an overhead monitoring console keeps power, heat, and lighting within arm’s reach. The kitchen has a stainless sink, filtered drinking water, an induction cooktop, a solid-surface countertop, and a 130L Isotherm fridge. A fold-down table at the slider adds space for outdoor prep.
The standout feature is hidden underfoot. A flush-mounted stainless shower pan at the slider entry turns the entryway into a full interior shower, with no permanent wet bath taking up space. An outdoor shower, a Trelino toilet, and heated fresh and grey tanks make long stretches off-grid easy.
At the rear, a fixed bed with soft upper cabinets overhead sits over a 30" garage. The garage has L-track tie-downs and organized utility cabinets for the electrical and plumbing systems. Power comes from a 640Ah lithium battery and a Victron 3000W inverter/charger, monitored through a touch display. Charging comes from solar, shore power, and a 280A second alternator with high-idle control. A Dometic 12V AC, a Maxxair fan, and an Espar diesel heater with high-altitude kit keep it comfortable.
